Brainstorming against Food Waste

FUSIONS Partner Hispacoop, in collaboration with AECOC (“Mójate contra el desperdicio alimentario”), to fight against food waste. If members are interested in participating in this event, they have two weeks to confirm their attendance.

• “BRAINSTORM AGAINST FOOD WASTE” invites all consumers to surprise with original ideas aimed at food companies and distributers to help them reduce their waste by making better use of their food at home. We are looking for original and innovative ideas to fight against food waste in Spain.  Original, creative, simple or complex ideas that are not in the market but might be useful to reduce the amount of food each day end up in the bin.

• Our brainstorming is open to consumers to participate and put all their talents to reducing food waste.
  Scope: the Spanish national scope. Period from March 30th to May 15th, 2015.

   

Reward: the winner will be awarded with an amount of money to buy products and with the cookbook of HISPACOOP with 25 recipes based on leftovers and 20 pages of recommendations on food management “Recetas con aprovechamiento y consejos”.
