Since the launch of the project more than 500 volunteers, well over 100 partners and more than 500 people are fed daily(with a real cost less than 10 cents per meal). The first core was replicated for the first time, on January 7, 2013, when the team re-food Telheiras became fully operational. Some months later, dozens of new teams are working to implement the project in their neighborhoods. By the end of 2013, three new centers will become operational: Lumiar, Star and São Sebastião da Pedreira. In early 2014, will be more in action 5: Bethlehem, St. Francis Xavier, Carnide, Groves and Park of Nations. By the end of 2014, over 17 new centers will serve their neighborhoods, thus fulfilling the objectives defined replication and Lisbon becoming the first city in the world without waste of prepared foods while contributing to reducing hunger.
