: Tom researches household and supply chain food waste at WRAP: he was lead author of Household Food and Drink Waste in the UK, a key report quantifying household food waste, and is responsible for monitoring the UK’s voluntary agreement in this area: the Courtauld Commitment. In FUSIONS, he is working on methodologies and data within WP1, focusing on household food waste.
