: In FUSIONS Kirsi is involved in the quantitative techniques, data integrity, food waste drivers and environmental impacts of food waste. She is also involved in organising a Scandinavian Multi-stakeholders platform. Kirsi is working as a researcher with several food waste projects in Finland: Foodspill, Kuru Consumer Food Waste and License to Eat.
