Niki is managing the design, organisation and delivery of the Feeding the 5000 events and campaigns in a number of EU countries, as part of the FUSIONS dissemination strategy. Niki has been coordinating the Feeding the 5000 campaign since 2011 and has been working alongside food waste expert and campaigner Tristram Stuart on a range of projects and campaigns to tackle food waste with governments, businesses and grassroots organisations internationally.
