Our Zero Waste Jam production partners collect fruits through donations from surplus sources, stemming from private and public gardens and from community gardens, as well as the forest. The other ingredients we use for cooking our jam are organic and/or fair trade. We also collect donated jars to contain the jam. Everything under the motto: Use what you have!
