Since 2001 Felicitas has been involved in prevention of food waste projects throughout the food supply chain. She is involved in investigations with respect to methodologies, generation of food waste, causes, development and evaluation of prevention measures, social, economic and environmental impact of food waste. Within FUSIONS she contributes to methodologies, assessment, platforms and dissemination.
